Lovely hang out place situated at Ndola Square next to Ndola golf club. A colourful setting as seen in the pictures with a Mexican type of theme. The service was great. The food was nice and tasty. Some tortilla chips and dip are given as snacks once drinks are ordered. They also offer cocktails and their has a good selection of food. It's generally a neat and cozy place.
The experience is one to be remembered, from the moment you walk into the lobby till the time you lay your head to rest on the comfortable pillows after a scrumptious meal. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are cosy and have all the needed amenities and the food is yo die for.
The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had variety. Low rated because I lost a cherished expensive gold neck chain with a heart pendant (an irreplaceable sentimental piece 😭). I left it in the safe, together with another stainless steel neck tag before I went to play tennis at the tennis club. When I got back, I only found the stainless steel chain there, the gold chain was gone. Reported to the manager and they said only the manager has access to the safe. They denied possibility that their staff could have stolen. They don't know workers do learn how to steal from safes. I do not recommend leaving valuables in their safes or their rooms cause they are not safe.
This hotel is brand new and has been decorated to a high standard. The staff are also very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and comfortable, containing all the amenities one needs for a great stay. The hotel pool is also worth a visit. The restaurant serves good quality food and is also worth trying. The breakfasts are as expected from a quality hotel.
Probably the best hotel in Ndola. Good service, good food although the restaurant was a bit noisy due to the kitchen ventilation. Of course not the cheapest hotel but for a business visit this would be a good place to stay.
The staff were very friendly. The room was excellent, I had a very good night's sleep. The surrounding was peaceful and the grounds well kept. Simply put, the experience was very good. Would go back there any time am in Ndola.
The history of the site is very interesting and the guide is quite informed of the facts - and theories - of the crash. However, they are missing an opportunity by not providing literature or souvenirs of the site for sale by visitors. Also, there is not place on site to purchase food or drink even though local Rotary Clubs have provided picnic tables for anyone wanting to bring their own lunch and drinks. Again, a missed opportunity to make the site self supporting.
Beautiful hotel with beautiful surroundings. The standard rooms cost K1350 and I was booked into a twin room. The staff were friendly during the day but in the evening my friends and I went unattended to for almost an hour. The rooms are okay but the towels require some changing, they are old and no longer pure white. My room had no TV remote and the usb charging slot was not working. I however had a beautiful view overlooking the golf club.I like the hotel and I think it has potential to become a 5 star hotel if they improve the services provided in the rooms and have their staff trained.
The outside environment is great. The rooms are clean. the breakfast is amazing. The floor could do with some type of flooring, tile or other. Customer service is average, but one particular lady named Purpose is absolutely good at her job.
The Hotel's hospitality is second to none. Good restaurant ..a little on a higher side but it is expected for a high quality hotel. Pool side extended restaurant and cocktail bar. Good spacious packing.
The Gem of Ndola! This hotel is beautiful, the ambiance is very relaxed and summery. The services are good and reliable,if I may. The food is good. The hotel's bar is good for a good chill after a long day at work or on a lazy Sunday. I highly recommend this hotel for individuals with a hefty pocket.
The beauty of nsobe cannot be described in words, one simply has to go there and experience it first hand. Be prepared to receive a lot of smiles and good vibes as the staff are super friendly, professional and courteous. Definitely visiting again!
Situated at Kansenshi Mall in Ndola. It is a lovely, chilled out, easy spot. It puts one in a relaxed mood. The service is good. Always someone on hand to help. It is mainly of Italian cuisine. The food is tasty and nice but can be better. The conveniences are well kept and clean. All in all, it is a lovely place to unwind.
The food and service was just AMAZING!!!!! GREAT PRICES TOO!! The staff were really friendly and we really appreciated the beautiful presentation of the food. Not only did it look good but it also tasted amazing.
Awesome atmosphere, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food cuisine is nice especially the Indian cuisine. Good hospitality.Next time you are ever in Ndola, take time to pass through and experience good hospitality.
The food is excellent, absolutely gorgeous, tasty and with great diversity. Few points should be improved for the place to really be perfect - The offered WiFi does not work most of the time- Service is quite slow- Drinks on the menu are often missing- The staff is prone to mistakes
Poor service from the waitress (most likely cos we were younger and not taken seriously). Ordered Chinese noodles and chicken and was given spaghetti and chicken that tasted more Indian than Chinese. Our waitress paid no attention to our table until after we paid and then only came to collect the tip. Restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere but poor service
