Here is a simple recipe to make a delicious peri-peri sauce for your flame grilled chicken.
- 1-2 Fresh chilies of your choice
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- Spice mix (salt, pepper, oregano, paprika)
- Salt to taste
- 1 Lemon
- 3-4 tablespoons of Olive oil
- Combine all ingredients into a container and mix well. Apply on your meats when ready to grill.
